Black-berries (frozen and about a handful)
Blueberries (a handful)
1.Beet root-peeled and chopped
Biola ( Norwegian sour-milk with blubbery flavor- I only added a little dash)
Almond milk (a whole lot, to make it fluid and easy to drink, but add less if you want a sorbety feel to it)
Ground Cinnamon (a couple of teaspoons)
Ground Vanilla (a little less than the cinnamon)
Then mix it all about in a blender, and hey presto! You got yourself a yummy healthy mid-day snack!
